At Hahn & Bolson, we regularly counsel our clients concerning
what entity is best suited for their particular business venture
and do the necessary work to form such entity and keep it
in good standing. In addition, with the expanding use of multiple
corporate entities, including limited liability corporations
and partnerships, it becomes increasingly difficult to ensure
that corporate formalities are observed, and more critically
that the parties with which our clients do business through
such transactions as licensing agreements and the entering
into of joint ventures, are in good standing and authorized
to transact business. We routinely evaluate such matters for
our clients. In addition, we counsel many of our clients on
virtually a daily basis on their emerging business activities
and plans.
